Dec 23, 2020 · I would totally pay again for Series X upgrade to Red Dead 2. Yeah, I doubt Red Dead Online would be anywhere close as a cash cow as GTAV online. To be fair, I doubt any online game can match GTAV online since the rise of Free to Play games.

The One X GPU is better. It can run RDR2 at native 4K. At 30fps. If the Series S got a native RDR2 port would probably be 1440p/60FPS. They're better at doing their own thing. The Series S feels more like it could have been released alongside the One X or in its place,rather than a true next gen console like the Series X.

Jan 29, 2022 · I have a cousin who barely games who played Halo infinite on my Xbox series x last month with me and he wanted to play with me online but only has a PS4. I gave him my old Xbox one so we could play infinite together. shortly after he calls me saying the game is “super laggy In campaign mode”.

Nov 2, 2021 · Series X runs x1x at frame locked 30fps 4k, I think with Dolby vision/hdr. Wish it would run at 60, especially with the series X FPS boost being basically just an option for developers with no work required, but oddly RDR2 is one of the only games that the 30fps pacing is less noticeable.

3months late to the party.. nonetheless, put on rdr2 for the first time since I beat the game after launch with xbox 1 x. Now Ive had a series x since they launched and decided to redownload it and try it out after 5 years on next gen. It utterly amazes me how unbelievably beautiful the game still looks after so long despite of any nextgen update.
