Apr 27, 2024 · In my case, not only Kiyo Pro disconnects randomly, but in vast majority of cases it causes Teams to freeze. The only solution is killing Teams process and reconnect Kiyo Pro. Disabling Synapse preview, which is a commonly advised trick, doesn’t help for me, though I’ve seen posts in which users claimed it did help them.

Mar 19, 2023 · Hi, the Kiyo Pro’s image quality is good, but when it comes to microphone input volume, it never exceeds 16% of total volume. I’ve tried all the methods I searched on the internet and seems like I am not the only one having this problem, but I never saw Razer provide a satisfactory solution。

Aug 16, 2024 · I have been experiencing intermittent disconnects when using my Razer Kiyo Pro webcam with different software. I have used it previously with OBS for hours with no issues, however I’m consistently seeing issues with both Zoom and Gather meetings. The camera will work well for about 20 minutes or so, at which point it just disconnects.

Apr 28, 2023 · I just bought a razer kiyo 1,5 years ago, I'm using it as my daily camera to work. I do meetings and thats all, usually the camera is turned on at most for 1 hour for each meeting. Most of the time it is turned on only for 15-30 minutes. Today I was in a call and decided to turn the ring light on, which is something that I haven't done in while.

Jan 29, 2023 · Works great everywhere except Teams. MS says it’s Razer, Razer says it’s MS. Mine doesn’t get grainy, it works fairly well until I present, then crashes every time. It used to freeze right when I joined calls. Bought a $60 logitech CS something and works perfectly - unfortunate because the Razer looks better, but doesn’t work with Teams.
