Jan 5, 2022 · Its the same for all actors in the franchise. They all did the voice and motion capture simultaneously (except dialogue with their horses, which was carried out in a booth). Thus, instead of coming up with a weird term like I dunno, "vomocap", they use "performance capture", which makes perfect sense and I use that one as well.

Like could you imagine being turned down for your part to voice in a video game because because you had the wrong color hair. I understand that a lot of times the changes are done after the fact, but at the same time I believe it really does a disservice to voice actors to try to make their character as close to the actor themselves.

Considering that Nolan North, the voice of some of the most popular characters in popular franchises only has a net worth of 2 mill and been doing games for well over a decade, not enough. Sure, people probably aren’t buying a game because Nolan North voiced it, but a leading man on film would make much more than Nolan’s net worth in one movie.
