I installed a new SSD (860 QVO 2TB), and cloned my old SSD (250 GB) with windows on it to my new one, and have them both installed. I then formatted the old one, and boot from the new one no problem.

I figured out that when my computer is shutted down and I press any key on the keyboard (PS/2) the computer just powers on. I also searched on google for a solution and the one that worked is to go to power options -> choose what the power buttons do -> Disable "Turn on fast startup".
