Sep 11, 2022 · I had the exact same Pitaka case on my 15PM, and that's the only case I ever dropped my phone in since iPhone 4 (and dropped twice!). The edge of the case roughed up, screen protector shattered, but the phone was ok. I like the texture but find it slippery, which is (what I think) why I dropped my phone. Could just be coincidence though.

Jul 16, 2008 · For now, the Pitaka Air is my go-to case until a better one comes along. It fits most of my needs except but those sharp raised edges bug me now and then. I really don't understand why usual case manufacturers haven't jumped on the iPhone 12 bandwagon yet, because the current selection isn't what is was for previous iPhones.

Jan 15, 2023 · Have the Pitaka Air Case for my Ultra and while I absolutely love the case and the looks it provides it did scratch the side of my watch ultra after taking it on and off a few times. Looking on Amazon I noticed another high dollar carbon case by a company called Monocarbon. I ordered one and it came in today and it will be going right back.

Jun 9, 2008 · If the case is dirty, you can spray some alcohol and wipe it with a cloth. It seems to be a material problem, but at present, Pitaka’s phone case has the longest service life. It has been used for 2 years, and it will be like a new one every time after wiping.

Apr 11, 2014 · Can confirm the pitaka case has no issues wirelessly charging on a Tylt qi charger. I wanted to LOVE the pitaka case but they have an admitted batch issue for the xs max where there corners split open as they are not made to correct specs. If the cases split this easily then I cant seem to trust the strength in overall general use.

However, steadily increasing prices, more visible branding, and a growing camera bump protection ring means consideration given to their competitors. Much controversy was published when Later Case came out with their product, the Pitaka CEO claimed it was a copy of their product, etc.

Magnets that attach the Pitaka case to the Magic Keyboard are super strong, smart connecter of the case looks well constructed and works perfectly with the Magic Keyboard, and best of all, the case fits absolutely perfectly in the Magic Keyboard case.
