Dec 27, 2023 · I use ParcelQuest to get copies of property deeds but, ParcelQuest has some technical errors and I can't get access to property transactions, (deeds). Does anyone know of any alternative to ParcelQuest in California?

Jul 27, 2023 · ParcelQuest is using the same data access point that I am. Typically not. They pay people to go to the recorders office and digitize the data for Parcelquest. As for dealing with the county, if it's causing problems in your city I would have your director and city manager/mayor/or whatevs reach out to the county's senior staff and admin.

Oct 6, 2023 · Yep all permitted. They gave me a site to confirm, ParcelQuest, and parcel number and street address are linked and everything is correct. Their STR system probably has not been refreshed, as this house is under a year old.
