Which TV should I buy? PQI? - AVForums
Jul 15, 2015 · PQI is a made up number by the manufacturer. It takes various aspects of the television, and presents this total as PQI. Without knowing what and how these aspects are applied, it's totally meaningless. So my advise is to ignore it. If the manufacturer or seller can't tell you the actual technical details of the television then don't buy it.

So, I called Samsung Support on- 0330 726 7864 to find out how much Hertz is to the "Model No - 49MU6200 which has 1400 pqi... and I was told that it's the equivalent of 200 hertz.

Mar 28, 2015 · According to a forum on WhatHiFi asking about which TV to buy between this and the 7500, all responses say the Samsung has a better picture and most even backlight amongst all LED TVs, besides better motion and deeper blacks. The Sony would probably be better for gaming though and is £76 cheaper than the Samsung.
