For all of Ordis' denial of Parvos' offers, at one point Parvos does offer Ordis the possibility of becoming human again, and Ordis' glitch (Allegedly Ordan) says 'INTERESTED'. Parvos is right. He's a dick about it, but Ordis is the Tenno's slave even if the Tenno is unwitting about it.
