On average, Orbeez takes about 4 to 6 hours to grow to their full size. However, this time frame can vary depending on the size of the Orbeez and the temperature of the water. The largest Orbeez might take up to 24 hours to fully expand. For the best results, it’s recommended to leave them in water overnight.

Orbeez can take around 2 to 8 hours to grow, but the duration depends on their dehydrated size, surrounding conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.), and how big you want them to be. In my experience, soaking the water beads for 3 to 6 hours is most favorable to use them as ammo for gel blasters.

The expansion potential of Orbeez depends on their initial size, the quality of the polymer used, and the amount of water they absorb. On average, fully expanded Orbeez can measure anywhere between 0.5 to 1 centimeter. However, some Orbeez can grow up to 2 centimeters or even larger if you provide them with the best optimal conditions.
