Aug 29, 2013 · I printed my first 100% polyester job today with One Stroke Smart inks. They were all pretty good except the black. That stuff is by far the most viscous ink I have ever seen. The shop cools to the low 60's at night, but even late in the day, it was like trying to print taffy.

Sep 30, 2016 · I just did some test-printing with One Stroke White Ink, and wow, you get what you pay for. This stuff is really expensive, but it prints buttery smooth, it cures at 270F with no bleed even on a tri-blend, and it has a fantastic low hand. For oppasity, low cure, stretch, and ease of printing this stuff is all around a winner.

Difference Plastisol, PVC Free, Phthalate free | T-Shirt Forums
Sep 7, 2011 · Phthalate free inks doesnt have to mean " none at all". It just means they dont contain any of the six regulated orthophthalates. They will all use the same emulsions and generally have the same curing temp. Also be aware, most phthalate free inks and all pvc free inks will cost 2-3x more than your standard plastisol. One exception being QCM ink.

Water based Water based inks are considered the “greener” choice in printing.

Oct 28, 2011 · I have been using One Stroke Inks hybrid white. Nice and creamy right out of the tub. Lays down nice and smooth. Easy to push/pull. If your boards are pre warmed, then it takes no more than 2 test prints to get the ink to a consistency where it could almost print itself. It is on the high end of the the price range, but it is well worth it.
