Great gun with a gracoil and adjustable comb (they do not use the Browning hardware but have the adjustable parts installed locally). It comes with a nice hard case but I prefer to use a soft case so I don't have to put anything together at the range.

Oct 21, 2024 · Going further, the 870/1100/1187 slug gun stock is very close in dimensions to the "monte carlo" trap stock. I installed walnut or synthetic slug gun stocks on all my field and sporting clays 1187's so their POA/POI would be very close to my trap guns. This eliminated one variable that was causing me issues.

Sep 8, 2022 · I load Top Guns with no difficulty. I use Top guns 9/8 for 16 & handicaps (if I get them mixed up the only difference is shot size) and AAHS for 1oz doubles load. I have only loaded one time because I have a steady supply but they appear to be fine for a second load. I have only loaded Top Guns mfged in the last year (I think).
