Jul 22, 2020 · Replacing 5 pcs of NME with 5 pcs of Night's Silence or Shadow Dancer's Raiment might be good for non-Vampires for doing Thieves Guild Heists, as these sets ignore Movement Speed penalty while Sneaking. All the sets mentioned are overland and very affordable at Guild Traders (except Night Silence which is easily craftable (only 2 traits to learn)).
