May 25, 2020 · PS. It looked like there are also certain weather and time during the game which makes the game with NVE installed plastic like in appearance. Sometimes I do prefer the Vanilla GTA V version especially since NVE versions overexposes sky during nighttime altering stars and moon appearance.
Any way to increase fps after installing NVE graphic mod?
You should try Quant, as NVE is still in beta it won't do well. NVE contains glitches and areas where you fall under the map. Quant will do good for now. You can try reaconLA reshade preset for quant. At first it won't look too good but darker, but raise all settings in advanced, and graphics tab and you will see a massive change.

Jun 4, 2021 · Might be bc theres a corrupted file somewhere. Uninstall nvme if it has a uninstaller or uninstall it manually then try to load the game. Another reason could also be bc the game goes past the amount of vram the 2060 has (6gb) but doesnt “show” u that it exceeded the vram limit. Another reason could just be bc its a modded gta v

NVE does this in the background and makes the game look like it's running at 4k by doing other stuff such as new high-res textures and more. Just imagine how insane GTA 6 is gonna be.

Jun 20, 2023 · But you're right sometimes it doesn't work. It didn't for me the one time I tried it. It's tricky. I'd suggest just get the version that has enb. I'm using the April or May update I think. Works great for me. I make GTA 5 machinima for my YouTube channel and others. And for me just NVE with ENB works fine. Coupled with EVE for exporting videos.
Best Graphics mod balancing between look and performance
Feb 25, 2021 · I understand, i play all my shooters at 120fps or above however i see no benefit to this on a game like gta 5. I understand it looks "smoother" but in a game like gta 5 it takes 2 minutes for me to adjust to the lower fps count. Back to nvr. It is an outdated version (of nve) and imo your missing out on alot compared to nve.
