Feb 23, 2021 · 2022 Hyundai Elantra sel. Key fob was not recognized by the car. I was able to lock and unlock the car with the blue link app but i could not start the car with the manual way. The fix was to unplug the car battery and wait about 5-10minutes to reset everything after this the car started and the keys worked.

Sep 9, 2023 · The older cars lost Blue Link service because their cellular connection modem can not handle 3G of any kind, and Hyundai has no intention of updating all the old cars with new hardware. Hyundai even sent out a letter on this back when the service was to be discontinued, I got one for my older Sonata.
