Feb 26, 2016 · I believe almost all Belray products are great, I've ran their red gear oil in every transmission I can and when I split my bike one, you couldn't tell the gears had ever been used. The H1R is geared towards two strokes with power valves. The MC1 belray is for non power valve applications you might want to look at it.

Aug 25, 2019 · If you are running not so hard, you may consider 50:1 with the 800. If you do go to the 710, 40:1 or 32:1 is probably fine. The 800 is the better of the two, but better is dependent on your riding conditions. If you don't need it, then it might just be some extra insurance, though it may be overkill for your needs.

Feb 26, 2016 · Here's my pros and cons of each. Belray is blue and stains the mix gas an unmistakable blue color, but is more expensive. Less offensive odor that Dolmar or Stihl synth oils. Cost is about 98 cents an once. Motul is orange in color, not much change in color from unmixed straight gas.

Feb 26, 2016 · Some Loggers have told me their saws don' t last 6-12 months on Stihl Ultra at 50:1. I've told this before but one Arkansas Logger said his 372's started lasting longer (almost twice as long) on Safe Guard 2T oil, cheap stuff, after changing from a 50:1 mix to a 32:1 - 38:1 mix. He also uses cheap gas (87 ethanol).
