The past couple of plays have had me get the Moon Pool from a wreck wedged into a blood kelp crevasse west of the Shallows, close to the Treader Path. It's down below the 200m crush depth of an unmodified seamoth, but the crevasse is just wide enough that the cyclops can park almost right on top of the wreck. Bring a rebreather!

Apr 14, 2016 · Thanks for the advice, I wouldn't of thought of that myself. I went down there some times as well, I only found one moon pool fragment though, the rest was thermal plant and cyclops depth compensator and I had to go take care of my vitals and my batteries, and then I had to go. I'll retry tomorrow!

This means that any rooms attached to the moon pool need to be at the same pressure. If you wanted to have a different pressure, you would need an airlock in between the zones.
