Mostly the 5-0-1 suffices (unless you have no access to external Camo/decamo for some ungodly reason, in which case go for the 5-2-0).

Pineapples aren’t really useful in this game, since rounds are generally pre-determined and there aren’t usually big groups of weaker Bloons like in Battles 2. Meanwhile, the stronger 12-volley darts and the option to further adjust flight paths with Centered Path feels a lot stronger in the long-run.
