When I click "changing screen brightness" in the corner, it prompts me to re-open the settings app, and I am given this exact same window. When attempting to change the power options, there is no brightness setting. All of my drivers are up-to-date.

As a point of interest, I have asked users on other forums if they have any brightness control and of the three people that responded, none of them have any brightness control on their Desktop PCs.
