Mar 26, 2022 · Yes, you must use the Microsoft Account used to setup Office. If you purchased a legitimate version of Publisher 2019 and have the Product Key Microsoft Support will assist you. If you have any other proof of purchase such as bank account etc. it would be handy.

Mar 3, 2021 · Given MSFT resistance to putting many resources into Publisher and not reading this forum, the odds of getting them to make a change in Publisher are basically nil. Two suggestions: be sure to back up frequently and back up your back ups. Large Publisher files frequently choke Publisher and corrupt files are common.
