I think Chris cared about Megan in the same shallow way as any of the troll "girlfriends," or Sarah Hammer for that matter, a possible means to an end to scratch the sexual itch. Chris seems to still remember Megan somewhat recently though, she's mentioned in one of the most recent Geno videos in the context of Chris wanting to meet her.
