Jul 11, 2016 · I have the non-pro and recently had an experience where using the app caused the lights to strobe rapidly. I called Lutron who said they cannot help because my LED bulbs were not on their official bulb compatible list. This particular fixture had 3 bulbs in it. I replaced one of the bulbs with a different brand and somehow this solved the problem.

Tried doing the Lutron " hold these buttons for 6 seconds etc." ordeal several times to no avail. I even tried puttng in another Caseta dimmer to no avail.

Dec 23, 2004 · Do you have the Lutron Caseta Smart Hub (L-BDG2-WH) formerly known as Smart Bridge or the Smart Bridge PRO (L-BDGPRO2)? Because you reference older Caseta devices working with the Harmony Hub I assume you have the Smart Bridge Pro as Lutron documents that as being required for "Integration with select A / V and security systems".
