Jun 17, 2023 · Also pull/stretch the skin vs. Pinching a fat fold resulted in less bruising for me. Agree with jmweg. Lovenox burns and it’s my least favorite injection, however the only transfer where I even reached implantation, it was included in my protocol. Not sure if that was the cure all, but that’s my experience.

Mar 21, 2023 · I've been through two pregnancies on lovenox :) The reasoning for the injections vs a different medication in pill form has to do with the medication crossing the placental barrier and getting to the fetus. Lovenox is simply much safer for the baby :) On the epidural - there are a couple ways to handle this.

I used Lovenox as part of a kitchen sink protocol. My issues were repeat implantation failure (no pregnancies/MCs/CPs ever, my first 2 FETs with PGS normal embryos failed to implant) and a thin endometrial lining (struggled to get it thicker than 6mm).
