Now you have released a new update, and I have the microphone once again abuzz. PS. I think the reason there is no grounding.

My headset's (Logitech H390) microphone is not picking up sound but my laptop's built-in microphone works fine. Headset's speaker is also fine. People can't hear me whenever I do conference call on skype, messenger or joinme etc but I can hear them. I tried audio recorder but nothing's being recorded. Plugged it on a different PC and it's working.

Previously it was recognised as Logitech H390; now it is 'Lync Audio Device'. If I turn the volume up to 100% I can hear a slight crackle when I test the audio device.

Oct 22, 2013 · My Logitech H390 headset was working fine in 8.0 but as soon as I upgraded to 8.1, I had a different driver (a Windows Advanced Audio device driver) and my old driver was nowhere to be found. The H390 does not work at all with this new driver and Logitech has not been able to help me.
