Oct 30, 2023 · I've been trying to connect my Chase credit card with my lifelock account however when I sign into Chase, it says "We'll be back shortly" and this has been happening for a few weeks now. I know it is not my issue since I can login. Also seems very odd that Norton doesn't have a dedicated forum for Lifelock support.

Jun 11, 2018 · Same issue. Just spent the last hour on phone/chat with both companies being told to contact the other (or just transferred). They both agree I have the account but neither seems able to help me access it. I have tried using Explorer and Chrome with the same result. Hopefully my personal information is as inaccessible as my Lifelock account.
