The Civic Center has a capacity of 60 people, there are 7 rectangle tables and 56 chairs provided, a full kitchen with sink, stove, and refrigerator, men and women’s restrooms, and is handicap accessible. There is a $150 (nonrefundable) rental fee with an additional $100 security deposit.
