Bike will turn over and has good spark, fuel is getting to carb, but engine will not run, it tries to idle if I hold starter button, but add throttle and it dies. I have replaced spark plug and suppressor cap, cleaned carb as precaution. I have just received a new CDI which I will fit and update post.

Dec 30, 2009 · The manual states: Kymco Agility 125 Scooter Repair Manual Width check - Standard limit 17.5 (mm), Service Limit 16.5 (mm), Yet below on the next page or so it states replace belt when 19mm or below. Looks like they copied the manual from the GY6150 which uses 842 or 830x20x30. I wish they would correct their manual.

However, now I have an inconsistent idle. It's a smooth idle, but seems kind've weak. As soon as I try to give the scoot any gas, it stalls.

Here's how: I'm an idiot and after I did everything, I attempted to start the bike without the key in the ignition. This, of course didn't dawn on me until about 14 hours after, while I was at work pondering what the hell could be wrong.

The manual is for the 50cc-125cc. Very unclear about what fuse to use for what. It had a 7 amp on the black and a 15 amp on the red. Dealer changed the 15 amp to a 7.

What top speed are you getting with your stock agility 125?
Sep 23, 2012 · Stock bike will do 60mph on my cellphone gps on level ground and no wind, that's 68mph indicated. If you need to keep the bike above an actual 50mph for long, I'd look elsewhere.
