A couple of vendors I know tell me Kleen Rite sells their product for a very low overhead over what they sell it for-less than 15% IIRC. there is not much wiggle room for stellar customer service with a 15% markup.

Their strategy is to be price leader, which partly means "no" support, diagnosing, advice, etc. Most of us buy a lot of stuff from them because we know what we want, we want the best price. We dont care about a social network of reviews, we want the part.

This makes swallowing the shipping fees from Kleen-Rite a hard pill to swallow every time. Is there an alternative or does Kleen Rite have a monopoly on these supplies?
