Sep 7, 2020 · Agreed. At start, there should be 4 Kingdom-level titles (Wessex, Mercia, East Anglia, Northumbria). There would be a decision ("Form England", or something like that) that would create a new "Kingdom of England" title and permanently erase the old 4.
