Jan 4, 2023 · If your new "kindle fire" is less than 10 years old, then it's NOT a "kindle fire" but an "Amazon Fire". They haven't called it a kindle for years! As for the app not appearing in your app library, that means the app is not supported on that device so you cannot download it. All you can do is contact the developer in the hope of it being updated.
