KF HV flanges (Figure 1) are a sexless design—made from 304L or 316L stainless, aluminum, or brass. The seal is a rubber/ elastomeric o-ring mounted in a centering ring, which aligns the flanges and holds the o-ring in position.

The typical KF (QF, NW, Kwik, or ISO-K) Flanges assembly consists of two idenƟcal flanges, a center-ring, and aluminum clamps with a wingnut fastener frequently connect and disconnect without tools.

ISO-KF flanges are "sexless" with a chamfered back surface and can be assembled quickly by using a metal centering ring with an O-ring seal and a circular external clamp.
