How to change the plan's difficulty - Joggo
You can modify your plan if it seems too easy or too difficult. Open the Joggo app. Navigate to your Plan tab at the bottom menu. At the top, click the button displaying your plan's difficulty (e.g., Beginner – Level 6). Swipe left or right until you see the level that best corresponds to your current physical abilities.
