I am connecting with a ASUS USB-BT400. On my android and iPad, once I turn on my headphones they connect automatically. Is this just how Windows work?

I tried changing the other device drivers but nothing seems to do anything, now it only wants to connect to the microphone and doesn't recognize the headset speakers. I changed the drivers back.
