So, back in ye olde days of 2019, It: Chapter Two came out. It got positive reviews from both critics and the general audience, but scores significantly lower than part one of the same series. So, two years later, here are the thoughts of a random guy on this movie, which I only got around to watching now.

I came in expecting a prequel to the previous two. I found that this was the first in a remake trilogy. I felt after watching the other two that this was a been there done that, but not in a good or exciting. If anyone does see it, stay for the credits. I will probably see chapter 2 and 3 anyway just to see if it develops further.

This was also possibly verified by a Screenrant article on cameos, easter eggs, and King references in IT: Chapter Two. Pretty obscure reference. 🤔 Enjoy.

Feb 29, 2024 · Actually, this movie always has me saying the opposite of the 2 characters. At one point they baracade themselves, pointing a shotgun fixed at the only entry, and state they aren't budging until morning. Characters never do stuff like that. Countless other movies should hold your title of "dumbest protagonists you've ever seen."
