WEBJun 12, 2016 · Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit) Have had issues with connectivity since upgrading to Windows 10. Haven't used printer in a couple of months. This am I was able to re-establish connectivity and downloaded new software. Now the printer "prints" but nothing is on the paper. Checked ink supply-says it is adequate.

WEBJun 3, 2016 · Make sure the correct Photo paper type is selected in the Paper/Quality tab of the driver. If you print on Photo paper with Plain Paper selected it will not properly apply ink and the black areas will not dry properly. Make sure the photo paper you are using is designed for inkjet printing.

The pigmented ink is not compatible with most glossy photo media, you will need to select the proper paper type in the Paper/Quality settings. With the proper paper type selected the printer driver will automatically use the color ink mixed to print the black areas properly.
