Icarus is a small mod that adds a variety of colourful and unique wings that can be worn in the Back (Curios) or Cape (Trinkets) slot. The wings only have two drawbacks: they cost hunger while flying, and their max speed gets slowed down when wearing armour.

This mod turns the Icarus Statue into a late-game prize to be displayed with pride. :) It must be crafted at the fabricator and the recipe requires a wholloping crapton of various T2, T3, and T4 materials.

For those Icarus players who want to build the next world-wonder without it taking a century, or those who simply wish to play the other aspects of the game without grinding for resources, I give you "FreeBuild". This is a simple modification to the game that allows for free crafting of all items from all benches.

Oct 2, 2024 · With Icarus updating weekly, many modders come and go with few being in it for the long-term. As such, out of date mods or ones that were not made with future-proofing in mind can be problematic (stack sizes are a good example).

Feb 12, 2023 · Allows creation of mods and installation into Icarus game. Full Release. Icarus Mod Manager 2.2.6 this is not backwards compatible with previous 1.6.7 or earlier versions! The folder structure has changed. Please create a new folder for this to be unzipped into. Make sure you click check for update after installed.
