Firstly much like G1 Wheeljack, IDW Ratchet is the first character we truly meet in that continuity and is the main robot of the first arc that kicked off an expansive and beloved comic universe.

Sep 20, 2023 · Animated Ratchet will probably always be my favorite, considering he’s basically the Transformers version of Leonard “Bones” McCoy. Prime Ratchet is a solid second, with his interactions with Wheeljack being a big reason.
