Jan 8, 2019 · Hello, you may want to try to reset the Hulu app itself. To do this, first go into Windows Settings, then navigate to Apps & Features. Now, scroll down until you find Hulu, then click on it and select "Advanced Options". You will see a button that says repair. Click on it, after that, click on Reset.

May 5, 2022 · when getting the "your account does not have access to the hulu application" click on the link at the bottom for streaming library. then click on login. put in your login info, and it will reload. you can now use the windows app again. determined with the help of a hulu support agent it is an edge issue witch the app is based on. sorry microsoft.

May 18, 2021 · Hulu app was working fine until yesterday. I go the login screen on the app (using Surface & Windows 10). Entered my login in credentials but got the response 'login blocked'. Deleted the app, and reloaded. Didn't work. Then went to Advanced Options in the app, and did a reset. That didn't work either.

Dec 27, 2020 · I called HULU and they are telling me they no longer support the Windows 10 Store APP! They say there are issues working with Microsoft and have just dumped the app (My Phrasing of their explanation) They have also said EDGE will not or MAY not work as well. They suggest using Chrome or Firefox. Apparently MS and Hulu are not working well together.

Oct 24, 2024 · Opening Hulu in Edge has worked just fine for years on this one computer prior to this most recent Windows 11/Edge update. I can open Hulu in Edge on all 5 of my other computers successfully. On this one computer having the issue I can open Hulu.com in Chrome successfully. Why is this happening and how do I fix this please?
