It’s not as nice as ordered proxies, but that’s mostly down to the paper I have at hand. And way cheaper I recommend to not print Alpha or Beta cards with my program, because consumer-grade printers can’t handle the dot pattern on those well, causing ugly Moiré pattern, like thick waving lines across the cards.

Jul 17, 2023 · Personally I prefer full color prints that I print on my computer. The cost in ink is more but still FAR less than the cost of custom proxies. Plus there is never a question of if it is a proxy or not. If they wonder, i pull the print out of the sleeve, showing my chaff that's the backing. i haven't tried them yet but MTG print seems pretty good.

I also got tired of MPC refusing to print copyrighted orders (which is completely hypocritical because even the mana symbols and card frames of MTG cards are copyrighted) and I want to be able to use card images straight from scryfall.

I use real basic lands for the sake of convenience, there is no noticeable difference in thickness. Dec 12, 2019 · Nah, they're 63x88. Most results say that on Google and plus I ordered 63.5x88.9 proxies once and they were noticeably slightly bigger than my real cards and other proxies. I'm just struggling with the fact that Scryfall images are 750x1040 and getting that up to 816x1110 without it leaving an empty border around the card.
