Good ol' eastern Massachusetts. Only showings were at the open house and thankfully I'm decisive. When I told my agent I wanted to make an offer, he called the other agent to get some more details and found out they already had one offer with an expiration of 8pm last night and expected one more by 7pm.

I get a weekly report from the virtual tour company that says how many hits the listing received and from what website they came from (realtor.com, my website, my company's website, local MLS, or other) I don't know of any other way to see how many hits you get on realtor.com.
