Oct 27, 2015 · Hella outsources manufacturing to both China and Korea. Seeing these were made in Korea I had reasonable hope for good performance. Stock Osram 9003 (left) vs Hella 80/100w H4 (right) Yeah. I did a double take on that too. I swapped the Hella bulb with the other one from the blister pack, same poor performance.
