Sep 21, 2023 · 23andMe reports my Y-DNA haplogroup as R-CTS2509. They actually did not test this SNP as I am negative for it. Instead, they tested Z325 which was equivalent to CTS2509 in the 2014 haplotree but not in the 2015 haplotree. Z325 is an equivalent SNP with R319 and my Big-Y700 haplogroup is one branch below this.
