i am working on a production support project related to CR03 transaction. Presently in the report they r displaying the orders for 'FERT' type. now they want to see the orders for 'HALB' type too. but they dont want me to include the parameters option in the selection screen for selecting any kind of material. they want to do it implicitly.

Dear Guru's. As we know by KA01 we define Primary cost for Raw Material (which is moving price) and by KA06 we define secondary cost i.e. set up, m/c, labour and overheads and hence after production for FERT or HALB materials we get the cost of these materials which is addition of KA01 and KA06.

Production quantityis dividet by twelve times in production center, instead of six times (TL1 + TL2 = 0,25kg + 0,75kg = 1kg = 6*1kg). In mrp 2 option special procurement is set to 50 in TL1 and TL2 material.

Mostly, during go live, plant people will give list of all materials lying as stock at various locations. This includes HALB and FERT also. So you have to upload the existing stocks of HALB and FERTs also into SAP.
