WEBI understand if it's after a funny sentence, but I often see it in normal everyday conversation through text. I've also noticed it's been predominantly guys that do it (although I know some girls do it too). For example, I could ask how was your day, and get a reply like: "it was good, how was yours haha."

WEBMay 27, 2017 · I typically use lol, haha, lmao, and XD to show humor. Most of the time I just use lol, but like I said, I'll use the others every now and then just to switch it up a little bit. I think a simple "lol" means you find it slightly humorous, but capitalizing it like "LOL" means you find it super funny.
