Create group assignments or assign to individual students
Learn how to assign assignments to small groups or individual students in Microsoft Teams. Groups turn in one copy of the assignment and can be graded separately or together.

Go to Shape Format or Picture Format, and then select Group > Group. If Group isn't visible on the ribbon, select Arrange to display it. To work with an individual item in the group, select the group, and then select the item.
