Nov 6, 2013 · I'm in the market for my very first Gibson Les Paul and while looking around in Guitar Center yesterday, I saw a model that is not on the Gibson website. The model was LPJ Pro. That model isn't found anywhere on the Gibson site. It is $100 more than the LPJ. The LPJ being $699 and the LPJ Pro being $799.

May 18, 2013 · The "LPJ" and "LPJ Pro" guitars are not Les Paul "Junior" guitars. They are a relatively new, cost effective (inexpensive) Les Paul's, a "Journeyman's" guitar, a "work horse". They have varying finishes and electronics.

Jun 20, 2018 · Hmmm so you got a Gibson Les Paul LPJ that comes with Humbuckers. LPJ creates some confusion because the abbreviation would usually indicate a Les Paul Junior which would normally have P-90's. But yours has Humbuckers. Guitar Fetish may have Gibson adapters for their pickups.. So, as I understand it, this LPJ is a Les Paul Junior with Humbuckers..
