Jim Hogg Park sits on the north side of Georgetown Lake in the Hill Country of Texas, about 25 miles north of Austin. Jim Hogg Park has 142 reservable campsites, including five large group camping shelters, and convenient amenities like flush toilets and showers are provided.

Lodgepole Campground is a large facility situated along a scenic highway in the Pintler Ranger District of the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest, the largest national forest in Montana. Across the street is Georgetown Lake, a popular destination for fishing, boating and water sports.

There are 4 forest service designated campgrounds around the lake. At the southeast corner is Stewarts Mill Bay, on the west side of the lake is Piney Campground, northwest is Philipsburg Bay and on Highway 1, across from the northeast corner of the lake is Lodgepole Campground.

Piney Campground is adjacent to Georgetown Lake and has 48 camping units that provide ideal access to fishing, boating, and water skiing. Surrounded by mountains of outstanding beauty, the location is perfect for visitors who enjoy mountains, water sports, or relaxing and taking in the spectacular view.

This is a large campground with 31 reservable sites at Georgetown Lake, ADA-accessible toilets, water, a boat launch and fishing access across the road at Red Bridge and garbage services. We recommend trailer lengths do not exceed 32 feet.

This campground is well situated for campers to enjoy the wide range of recreational activities in the Georgetown Lake area. There are 11 first-come, first-served campsites, and the fee to camp is $15 per night.
