Aug 21, 2018 · Yeah, once you get GTA 4 looking nice and performing well, it's best to leave it alone. Also, you may want to back up your settings - they should be in the same sub-folder as your save games. For me using XLiveLess, save games and settings are stored in My Documents\Rockstar games\GTA IV.
