Anna and Elsa are sisters, the main characters in the hugely popular 2013 animated Disney movie "Frozen" and its 2019 and 2027 sequels "Frozen 2" and "Frozen 3", based on the fairytale "The Snow Queen" by Danish author Hans Christian Andersen.

When their daughters were little, Elsa accidentally injured Anna with her ice powers, so her parents rushed her to see the trolls for care. After that, they decided to separate the two sisters for safety, until Elsa could get control of her powers.
