The last time it registered that specific skin was when it found it publicly listed on the market. But if its been sold, it would only update if re-registered to the new owner.

The smaller the data type the more efficient the database works. Also using the right data type reduces implicit conversion during quering, which improves performance too. I hate when people defaults to varchar in their db designs.
