Maybe he is just wearing white face-paint (because his clown-style) and kept his nose red because clown noses are red but doesn't wear the clown nose for fashion.

Scars Are Forever: Fizzarolli's face isn't white because it's covered in clown makeup as one might think. His face was previously red like other imps, and the white area is a giant burn scar from the fire he was caught in as a child.

Aug 12, 2022 · Either it's a scar covering his entire face, or a big part of his face is covered by a scar like Blitz, but he painted his face all white with makeup for performing reasons or something like that. That's my theory at least.
